BRO. CHARLES KWEKU BAIDOO is 62 years old and joined the SMC on the 3rd of August 2018. He holds a BSc. (Hons.) degree in Chemistry, a Diploma in Education, and an MPhil in Analytical Chemistry all from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and a Master’s degree in Education Management and Practice from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW).
He has 25 years of experience in professional education and has held many appointments as Head of Educational Institutions.
He is the former Headmaster of the Wesley Grammar School. He serves on various committees in the Methodist Church Ghana, the Dansoman Circuit, and the Olivet Society. He is a member of the Education and Youth Development, a Convener of Pre-Tertiary/Tertiary Education and SYNOD 2017 Registration and Accreditation Committees.
He currently serves as a member of the Sub-Committee on Educational Standards and Discipline of MOMA.
