BRO. ERIC DUNCAN-WILLIAMS holds a Post Graduate Degree in Civil and Transport Engineering from the University of Delaware, USA, and a BSc. Civil Engineering from the KNUST Kumasi Ghana.  He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers, and has 34 years of post-qualification experiences in Civil Engineering, Planning, Socio-Economic Studies, Civil Engineering infrastructure design/maintenance, especially roads and bridges, Supervision and Monitoring of projects and construction.  He is currently the managing Director of Dew Consult Ltd., a Civil Engineering Consulting Firm.  He is a member of the SMC and the Sub-Committee on Finance and Projects. He is 67 years old.
