BRO. HENRY MYLES-MILLS. He joined the SMC on the 3rd of August 2018. Henry is a Legal and insolvency Practitioner of 18 years standing.
He is currently the Head of Dispute Resolution and Litigation at Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd. He is also the Head Legal for Stanbic Investment Management Services. Henry’s legal practice experience spans investment and corporate banking, trade, fund management, venture capital, insolvency practice, Legal due diligence, and litigation.
He has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Sociology/Linguistics), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Qualifying Certificate in Law (BL), Executive MBA (Finance) and pursued several Euromoney legal courses in negotiation, guarantees, debt market, oil and gas loan market agreements and strategic litigation.
He is married and blessed with three children. He is an Assistant Steward at the Mt. Olivet Methodist Society, Dansoman, and a member of the Men’s Fellowship. He is 55 years old.
